These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement governing the use of the services provided by Facilitadora de Criptopagos S.A. de C.V. (“Cryptopayment Solutions” or the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, as recorded in public deed number 20769 dated March 27, 2025, granted before Notary Public number 7, Mr. Víctor Guillermo Kanan Muñoz, with jurisdiction in the corresponding Judicial District.
These Terms apply to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses CPS services, whether as a User (a person making payments through the platform) or as a Merchant (an affiliated business that receives payments or acquires stablecoins through a contract). By using our services, you agree to fully comply with these Terms, the CPS Privacy Notice, and the completion of the KYC or KYB process as applicable. We recommend reading them carefully.
To facilitate understanding, the following terms shall have the meaning attributed to them below:
A set of rules and processes aimed at preventing and detecting money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
Rights conferred on personal data owners under Mexican legislation: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding the processing of their personal data.
Distributed and immutable ledger where virtual asset transactions are stored, ensuring transparency and verifiability of operations.
State-level privacy law in California, USA, granting residents rights over their personal data. Applies to CPS when operating with Users or Merchants residing in California.
Authorization granted by a Merchant to Cryptopayment Solutions to execute a virtual asset payment transaction on their behalf toward a third party, under previously established conditions. Does not imply custody or possession of funds by CPS.
Facilitadora de Criptopagos S.A. de C.V., a company operating as a virtual asset payment gateway for high-risk merchants in LATAM. Acts exclusively as a provider of technological and compliance services — not as a bank, issuer, exchange, or custodian of virtual assets.
