This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us.

This Privacy Notice applies to:

• End Users of Flow A (Onramp.money / MoonPay): identity verification is performed by the On-Ramp Provider. CPS only collects technical data (IP, geolocation) and consent.
• End Users of Flow B (Memphis): subject to the Sumsub KYC questionnaire (active since May 2026). CPS collects the questionnaire data through Sumsub.
• Individual merchants (natural persons with business activity): via the CPS Notion KYC form complemented by biometric verification through Sumsub.
• Corporate merchants (legal entities): via the CPS Notion KYB form and DocuSign service agreement.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where applicable based on the data subject’s jurisdiction, and relevant international standards.

3. Personal Data We Collect

CPS collects personal data from two types of data subjects, with differentiated scope:

CPS does not directly collect identification data from Flow A users. Those users interact with the gateways of Onramp.money or MoonPay, which perform identity verification under their own policies. Memphis is not a direct On-Ramp Provider for the user — it is a payment processor operating between the merchant and CPS.
